WAIALUA ESTATE FANCY
Waialua Fancy is a wet processed coffee The coffee cherries are water sorted and the ripe coffee cherry is pulped, washed and fermented for 16 hours. The beans are sun-dried in a covered drying area and finished in a dryer to an 11% moisture level. As the final step, the beans are hulled, graded and sorted and then we roast them to perfection for your enjoyment. Waialua Fancy has a sweet, floral aroma with spicy notes.
Brewed Waialua Fancy best displays its taste in an over pour or French press as smooth mellow, well balanced cup with a medium to full body, mild acidity, clean finish, hint of chocolate and a pleasant, lingering aftertaste.
