Maui Ecstasy

Maui Ecstasy is back – available now in very limited quantities!

We have just roasted some coffee from a small farm in Upper Kula, Maui, at about 3,400 feet above sea level. The coffee is tended to by the owners and harvested and processed by hand. It is truly a labor of love, one that bears a phenomenal result.

As is common with local coffee farms, we were asked to roast it for the owners. We have a few pounds available to pass on to you. It's part of our commitment to bring you consistently amazing coffees, and you don't want to miss this one. We've sampled a lot of beans, and Maui Ecstasy is among the top five coffees we've ever tasted.


We roasted half the coffee medium, and the other half "full city", or a bit darker. We have mixed the lighter and darker roasts together in each bag, to bring out Maui Ecstasy's full body and dazzling taste. You'll find predominant nutty, chocolaty and caramel notes on the palate, with mild hints of citrus. That's followed by a more pronounced hint of black cherry sweetness as the cup is allowed to cool off.

Sampling this coffee is the equivalent of purchasing a bottle of wine from a great vintage, to be put on the table for a special occasion. But don't let our Maui Ecstasy age. Unlike wine, this coffee won't get better with time – our very limited supply will just be gone. So be sure to bring some home today!
