Like our business concept, our fee structure differs from conventional franchises. We require an initial (one time) license fee of $5,000, and a flat (annual) license maintenance fee of $1000. We do not charge a royalty based on your gross sales, which can run as high as seven or even nine percent with conventional franchises. True to our concept, you control ALL your costs. While we offer you a list of preferred, proven items, You choose your equipment, you determine the size of your operation and build-out.
No one will care about your business the way you do. Therefore, we are most interested in licensees who will be on-site owners. We've found that employees work harder, customers are happier, and your bottom line is healthier if you are in your shop.
Adequate funding is one of the most crucial ingredient for success. We strongly recommend that you have at least half the total cost to open your Coffee Store in liquid assets, and if possible, a second source of income for the first year of operating your new business.
