| Brewing and Storage Tips |
The following suggestions will help ensure that you get the best tasting results from our coffees.
BREWING:
- Start with a clean coffee maker.
- Use fresh water.
- Use fresh coffee. Grind it as close to the moment you brew as possible.
- Use two level tablespoons or one "coffee measure" per 6 ounces of water.
- Brew with hot water as opposed to lukewarm or boiling.
- Don't boil, perk, or reheat coffee.
- Coffee should be consumed within an hour or stored in a thermos.
STORAGE:
- Store our FRESH roasted coffee like your BEST wine - in a cool, dark place. Avoid refrigeration or freezing.
- For best results store the beans in an airtight jar in a cool, dark, dry place.
